TimeTools SR series time sync server systems utilise GPS or radio time references to provide a network with a highly accurate time resource for synchronising servers, workstations and other computer equipment. The units can provide precise time to any devices compatible with the NTP or SNTP protocols, including Microsoft Windows, Linux, UNIX, CCTV and DVR systems.
The SR series is housed in a rugged 1U high 19 inch rack-mountable aluminium enclosure which measures only 220mm deep. It can utilise either GPS or LF radio antennas or indeed both to provide timing redundancy. The device is configured by using a web-browser with either the HTTP or secure HTTPS protocols. Also available are Telnet, SSH and console connection for configuration. The SR series also has a 2 line by 40 character high contrast white-on-blue LCD display for providing status and configuration information.
Also available is the SR series sister device the SC series which is housed in a rugged compact aluminium enclosure without an LCD display.
