NTP Time Server Monitor – Check The Status Of Time References
TimeTools NTP Server Monitoring Software is a utility that runs on any Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 workstation or server. It allows any number of time server systems to be monitored and can optionally synchronise system time with the optimal reference.
TimeTools manufactures and distributes radio NTP server, GPS NTP Server and PC time server systems for accurate computer and network timing. NTP systems can be used to distribute accurate time from an external timing reference around a network. Network time clients can sync time to within a few milliseconds of the correct time. Both MSF, DCF-77 radio and GPS external time references are also available as time server solutions for PC’s by utilising a standard RS232 interface.

NTP Server systems utilising GPS, DCF-77 and MSF time references.
NTP Server NTP version 4.2 stratum one GPS, radio and dual reference NTP servers for accurate IP network timing. TimeTools s5000 series NTP time clocks provides a highly accurate, highly reliable solution to your network timing problems.
Time Server systems for PC’s
Time Server for PC’s. Accurate GPS timing server for PC’s and other time critical devices and applications. TimeTools GPS atomic clocks for PC’s are accurate to <100 nanoseconds and can precisely synchronise’s Windows 95/98/ NT/2000/XP/2003, LINUX and UNIX platforms.
TimeTools NTP Server monitor polls specified NTP time references to display status information about each.
The utility periodically polls the server list at user specified intervals and displays status and statistic information for each reference.
References that have timed out or are unsynchronized are highlighted. Additionally, references that have not synchronised for an extended period of time or have a high stratum can also be highlighted.
Additionally, if required, the utility will synchronise the host computers system time with the optimal time reference.
The options tab can be used to adjust system time, polling frequency.
NTP Server Monitor and Windows Time Synchronisation Service.
TimeTools Monitor and the Windows Time Synchronisation service (‘Windows Time’) cannot co-exist on the same system, since they both attempt to use UDP port 123 (NTP). You can disable the Windows Time service from the service manager to avoid this problem and rely on the monitor software to synchronise time.
